When we opened the TV cabinet, one of the doors would not stay open and was really a safety hazard. When we got to our room, we had a wet cloth/floor mop sitting on top of the dresser. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating and the room was very spacious. This was our fourth stay at a Harrah's property and the first time at Rio.
